What we collect

Account: Phone number (OTP sign-in), profile name, optional email, beneficiaries you add for visits.
Service use: Bookings, queue tokens, payments, and notifications needed to run hospital visits.
Device: Push notification tokens if you enable alerts.
Location (optional): When you choose “use my location” to sort nearby hospitals.

How we use data

We use this information to authenticate you, manage appointments and queue status, process payments through our payment partner, and send service-related notifications.

Retention

When you delete your account, we remove identifying profile fields from our patient app database. Some visit and payment records may be kept in anonymised or non-identifying form where required for hospitals, refunds, fraud prevention, or law.

Data deletion requests

We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 days, in line with applicable Indian data protection expectations (DPDP).
