Delete your account & data

How to request deletion of your Medikue Patient account and associated personal data.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open Medikue Patient and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your session ends immediately. Profile name, email, and saved beneficiaries are removed from our systems.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account (or include the mobile number you use to sign in). Subject line: Delete my Medikue account.

What is deleted

Profile name, email, gender, and saved beneficiaries
Push notification registrations for your account
Ability to sign in with the same app account identity

What may be retained

Anonymised or non-identifying booking, visit, and payment records required for hospital operations, refunds, accounting, or legal obligations
Audit and security logs for a limited period where permitted by law

Before you delete

Deletion may be blocked if you have an active checkout hold or an upcoming confirmed visit. Cancel or complete those first, then try again in Profile.

Timeline

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are handled within 30 days.
